FRIENDS MAKE PLAYING MUSIC EVEN MORE FUN!!

Great time tonight at Two Old Hippies Nashville.  Not much more to say, than just to say... having friends there to sing along, support, and hoot and holler for you makes playing music even more fun!  Thanks to everyone who came out tonight, and a special thanks to all who bought cd's.  We had a blast. 

SATISFACTION

Just had to snap these pics of Joe and Billy watching one of our new videos, "Hillbilly Wannabe," together for the first time.  Loved seeing the smiles and hearing the comments... Billy, "aww yeah," and Joe, "that's dope man!"  The look on Jay's face says it all.  I think we were all feeling a little SATISFACTION.  At least I know I was.  Feels good to have the new EP all finished up.  3 new songs, 3 new videos.  Can't wait to share this new project with you.  We're hoping 2 - 3 weeks!

ADVENTURES IN JUICING

DAY 4 of a 10-day DETOX.  Down 2 lbs.  Most noticeable side effect... bumps on face. Toxins surfacing?  Feeling good.  Clean.  Lots of energy.  If you know me, then you know I've never been a fan of eating the greens.  Trying to change years of bad eating habits... not easy, but definitely doable.  Going on year 3 of my health journey.

What would really give you a laugh is the face I made after chugging today's "Royal Detox."  Sorry, picture not included.  So far, all of the juices have been pretty tasty except today's beet, cilantro, parsley, apple, carrot, ginger, and celery juice.... a.k.a. "Royal Detox."  If you want more info on the detox, or if you just have general health and fitness questions... here's a link to my friends' Jonathan and Molly Martin's website.  HEALTH AND MOJO.  All of the juicing detox recipes can be found under the "Detox with MOJO" tab.  There's also a whole food meal planner attached for the 10 days.  They've made it simple.  I'll keep you posted.  Leave a COMMENT BELOW if you try out any of the juices.  Love to know what you think.  Frannie.

Oh, and if you really want to amp it up and get your sweat on...  add some hot yoga to the mix.  I've been to two 90 minute hot yoga classes two of the four days.  If you're in the Nashville area, my favorite place for hot yoga is EPIC YOGA in Brentwood.

ATLANTA ROAD TRIP #2

Atlanta is has been good to us.  We've enjoyed coming down to play these past two weeks.  We've met some cool new people (Cindy, Lisa J, Ethan, Steve, Alexis, Randy, Ricky on Sound, LashBrooks, Edward S., Ali Doodle, Eric and Jan Britt, Greg at Ragamuffin...), and we are looking forward to coming down again in May.  

It's back to Nashville for us tonight after a dinner in Dectur with some VIP's (Jason and Robert...can't wait to see you!)   

A big thank you to Steve's Live Music for having us out last night!   We had a great time.

GETTIN' CRAZY WITH CRAWFISH

Who doesn't love Ri'Chard's Cafe in out in White's Creek, TN?  Playing and hanging there is always a good time.    Thanks to everyone who showed us some love tonight by buying cd's!!  What a great crowd you guys were! We really enjoyed meeting all of you. 

We'll be in the Atlanta area Monday night (March 18th) at Steve's Live Music in Sandy Springs, GA.  We go on at 8:30 for a short two or three song set.  Looking forward to seeing our Atlanta friends.  We'll be back in Nashville at Two Old Hippies Friday April 5th, and then we'll be out at the Nolensville Feed Mill  Saturday mid-morning April 6th.  Hit the SHOWS tab above for a complete list of dates and times.
