DAY 4 of a 10-day DETOX. Down 2 lbs. Most noticeable side effect... bumps on face. Toxins surfacing? Feeling good. Clean. Lots of energy. If you know me, then you know I've never been a fan of eating the greens. Trying to change years of bad eating habits... not easy, but definitely doable. Going on year 3 of my health journey.
What would really give you a laugh is the face I made after chugging today's "Royal Detox." Sorry, picture not included. So far, all of the juices have been pretty tasty except today's beet, cilantro, parsley, apple, carrot, ginger, and celery juice.... a.k.a. "Royal Detox." Oh, and if you really want to amp it up and get your sweat on... add some hot yoga to the mix. I've been to two 90 minute hot yoga classes two of the four days. If you're in the Nashville area, my favorite place for hot yoga is EPIC YOGA in Brentwood.
